The next general municipal election is on Monday, October 26, 2026.
Over the coming months, a coalition of community organizations will be working in collaboration with communities across Toronto to build a city-wide platform, City for All, to address the growing crises in health, poverty, housing, safety, and climate across the city.
The first City for All platform was developed in the build-up to the last municipal election in 2022 by a group of nonprofit, local and community-based organizations. Over the past four years, we’ve seen conditions and inequality in our city worsen, but we’ve also seen critical new policies and investments that strengthen support for individuals and families who are struggling. It’s time for communities across the city to come together and build bold visions and policy recommendations for the newly elected City Council.
Please fill out the following survey to help us understand your vision for Toronto leading up to 2030. We will be updating the City for All website over the coming months with the updated platform as well as events and resources to help shape and mobilize the demands in advance of the elections.
We will be convening community partners and community members over the coming months to help shape the platform. If you're interested in learning more or getting involved, please reach out to Mercedes at mzayas at socialplanningtoronto dot org.
