Attend this session to learn more about how to find space and book a permit for your events and activities in schools, parks, community recreation centres, libraries and more. Representatives from the following facilities will be present to answer your questions about the types of space available, the fees, the process to apply and other supports that may be available to you:

City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation (for example, community centres and parks)

 

Please arrive by 6:00pm to register and have dinner. The session will begin at 6:30pm with short panel presentations. We will then use a "speed dating" format to ensure that you are able to move around the room and speak to all the presenters. The last 30 min of the session will be dedicated to matching you up with volunteer that can help you fill out a permit application, if you need support.
