  • What are the most common forms of communication which block relationships?
  • How to use empathy to go from disconnection and being stuck to getting what you really need.

Thurs. Aug. 9   Empathic Listening 

We all want to matter. Our ability to be present to ourselves and others with empathy

and clarity can make the difference between a breakdown and a breakthrough. Practice

a listening skill that gets to the heart of what is really the matter behind criticisms, resistance, and judgments. 

Thurs. Aug. 23   You, Me and We: The Power of Mutual Understanding

When we have connection and mutual understanding with others, so much more is possible. We’ll use participants’ challenging situations to explore how to reveal what really matters for everyone involved.
