Attend this session to learn more about how to find space and book a permit for your events and programs in schools, parks, community recreation centres, libraries and more. Representatives from the following facilities will be present to answer your questions about the types of space available, the fees, the process to apply and other supports that may be available to you:

City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation (for example, community centres and parks)

Toronto District School Board

Toronto Public Library

Parks People

A light dinner and 2 TTC tokens or $6 parking reimbursement will be provided. When you register, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or need any other support such as childcare by May 25.

Please arrive by 6:15pm to register and have dinner. The session will begin at 6:30pm with short panel presentations. We will then use a "speed dating" format to ensure that you are able to move around the room and speak to all the presenters.

These workshops are only open to grant recipients of the City of Toronto's Neighbourhood Grants Program, and their mentors. Please do not forward or share this invitation with others.
