As we watch the United States limit the rights of its own citizens and threaten the sovereignty and stability of Canada, recognizing the Charter is even more important.
At the same time the city is considering a bylaw that could restrict protests. This would violate our Charter Freedoms and Rights.
Let’s protect our Charter and make sure its 43rd birthday isn’t its last!
