Event Planning Basics Workshops

Paulina O’Kieffe-Anthony is an award winning Toronto poet, playwright, performer, producer and arts educator who has been planning and executing events for the last 10 years including major events such as the Words by the Water Literary Festival (2015), AfrocChic (2017) SpokenSoul Festival (2019) in addition to many smaller community based workshops, trainings, book launches and networking events.

Luisa Giacometti is a three-time recipient of the City of Toronto Neighbourhood Grant. She is an active volunteer in her community, and is a member of the Falstaff Table and the Rustic Community Network. She is also a Friend of Parks People. Luisa has vast experience putting together successful local programs and events, hosting events/conferences and facilitating workshops.
